All prints are made on an Epson Pro 3800 printer using genuine Epson inks and printed on the highest grade luster/semi-gloss paper. If you want them printed on a different
surface, please contact me.
Each print will have a 1/2" margin on each side of the longest dimension; for example, an 8.5x11 print will be 10 inches long (11 inches minus 2 margins of 1/2 inch each). If you want different margins or none at all, please contact me.
Each 8.5x11 print will come in a clear plastic sleeve with cardboard backing to protect the surface and prevent folding, and will be mailed in an envelope via USPS Priority Mail. Larger sizes will be sent in mailing tubes via UPS. If you'd like different shipping arrangements, please contact me.

The Lightbox is
your personal collection of images. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox.
If you wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the
thumbnail to view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to
purchase and click on the "add to cart" button.
cart displays your order details; if you wish to delete an image from
your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the "remove" link on
the right side.
You will need
to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site, please
complete the registration form to create a username and password. This information is stored so that I can review your orders and inform you of new photos I put up. It will never be distributed anyplace else; I value your privacy.
I utilize the secure PayPal ordering system for purchases made on this site; payment may be made via a PayPal
account or any major credit card.
If you do not
want to use the online ordering system, you may call me at 415-291-0873. If I don't answer,
please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. The off-line
credit card system takes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also mail a check,
but this adds considerable time to the processing of your order, as I must first wait for the check
If for any
reason you are not satisfied with a print, I will refund your payment upon its
return in the condition that it was received.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact me
within 7 days of the receipt of your order prior to any return and I will give you
specific return instructions.
If your order is delivered damaged, it is your responsibility to contact
IMPORTANT: Save all packing materials. Failure to do so can
cause the shipper to deny your claim.
A: No, I put the camera away in the early 80's and won't be doing any new concert photography.
A: Yes, I have photos of artists that are not on the site and I have many pictures of the artists you see that I've not uploaded; I've chosen the ones I think are the best, but if there's something you're interested in but don't see, please contact me.
A: Yes; once you register, I'll send you updates, but there will be very few updates.
A: No, I regard matting and framing as a very personal decision, so I send only the print itself and leave the rest to the buyer.
A: No, the copyright notice is only on the online version.
A: No, I want to retain complete control over the appearance of the photographs, so I send only pictures that I've personally printed.
A: I'll be happy to sign any and all pictures. Just contact me and let me know if you'd like that, and if you'd prefer a signature on the front in a margin, or on the back. Otherwise, I'll send the prints unsigned.
A: Sure – just contact me with any special requests like this and I'll be happy to accommodate you.
A: The print should look much better than the photo does on your screen, but monitors display images with varying brightness, contrast, and resolution, so it will probably look different on your computer than on somebody else's to some extent. But if you are not happy with the way your print looks, please contact me and we'll work something out to your satisfaction.
A: I'll normally print on a luster surface, but if you'd prefer glossy, matte, or something else, let me know and I'll arrange it; it may take more delivery time, though, as I might not have that paper stock on hand and would need to order it.
